The Bayernoil plant in Neustadt is facing another Turnaround – one of the greatest ones that have ever taken place on the location. As it is scheduled for March 2020, the 8 members of the promaintain team responsible for the turnaround management have been in Neustadt for the past 12 months already in order to prepare everything together with Bayernoil and further service providers. Regarding the endeavor which is estimated to cost well over 80 million euros, promaintain is to take care of the apparatus planning, container repairs and interface management as well as being responsible for the infrastructure and scaffolding coordination. As part of the turnaround team on site, the revamp and debottlenecking also fall within the competence of the promaintain experts.
